Here are a few reasons why your YMO membership payment may have failed:
- No card on file/invalid card on file: Please make sure you have a valid credit card on file so our payment system can successfully auto-charge your payment. To add/update your credit card:
- Login via YogaMedicine.com using your existing credentials
- Click the person
icon, or use the menu ☰ in the top right corner to navigate to your account dashboard
- Click on Saved Cards > Manage > Add payment method
- Incorrect/missing billing information: Please double check that your billing information is correct for the card on file. To update your credit card's billing information:
- Login via YogaMedicine.com using your existing credentials
- Click the person
icon, or use the menu ☰ in the top right corner to navigate to your account dashboard
- Click on Saved Cards > Manage > Update billing info
- Payment needs to be manually pushed through: After updating your credit card/billing information, you may still need to push your payment through. To make your payment & reactivate your YMO subscription:
- Login via YogaMedicine.com using your existing credentials
- Click the person
icon, or use the menu ☰ in the top right corner to navigate to your account dashboard
- Click on Subscription > Manage Subscription > View Active Subscription
- Scroll down to Related Orders > Pay next to your most recent payment
- Make your payment
- Bank declined the payment: Your bank or credit card provider may be declining your payment for some reason. It may be worth checking with them to make sure they are not blocking your card for any transactions on YogaMedicine.com.
