Why am I having issues placing an order on Yoga Medicine's website?

We apologize if you're running into any technical issues when trying to place your order. Here are some suggestions to help place your order:

  • You either need to create an account or be logged in to your account in order to place your order.
    • If you're a new customer, please create an account at checkout by adding your Account Username & Password (at the bottom of the screen).
    • As a returning customer, just login at the top of the checkout page (as you see below).
  • Please double check that the email address you're entering is correct. 
  • Try using a different email address if needed.
  • Please be sure that you're inputting your billing details correctly & using the correct format when typing in your phone number & address (no spaces or symbols).
  • Please be sure that you're inputting your credit card/payment info correctly under the payment section on the right-hand side.
  • PayPal is an acceptable payment method.
  • Please note that Affirm is for US residents only; if you're an international resident and interested in a payment plan, please let me know and we can set something up manually.
  • You can also try placing your order using a different browser if needed.
