How do I suspend or cancel my YMO membership?

Instead of canceling your subscription, you can also suspend it - which would basically just be putting your subscription on hold for as long as you'd like until you're ready to resume our online yoga classes. You can only suspend your subscription 1x per billing cycle. Please note that you would not have any access to YMO until you un-suspend your subscription regardless if you just paid - it means YMO is off limits until you reactivate. Just another option which you can do by going to:

  • Click here to login to your YMO account
  • Go to "My Account" (click the icon in top-right corner)
  • "Subscriptions/Manage Membership"
  • "View" your membership
  • "Suspend"

Otherwise, to cancel your subscription: 

  • Click here to login to your YMO account
  • Go to "My Account" (click the icon in top-right corner)
  • "Subscriptions/Manage Membership"
  • "View" your membership
  • "Cancel"
Just be sure to cancel before your membership renews to avoid any additional membership fees.
